7.4.2005 DIVING CRUISE WITH HERA CRUISES |

| Join Hera Cruises on this fantastic underwater diving experience. This adventure is available to all and since we will be instructing new Divers on various subjects related to safe underwater diving, no diving experience is required. After collection from your hotel/apartment, you will be transferred to one of the Hera yachts. Upon arrival at the Sliema Ferries, all prospective divers will be given their personal full diving equipment bag. (Weight belts and tanks will be provided on-board) Following the registration of medical details and liability releases, the diving instructors will divide guests into groups according to their experience. A full briefing by a PADI instructor will be given while cruising northwards to our first diving stop in Comino. |

| Following the success of the Fireworks Festival cruise held last year in the Grand Harbour, Hera Cruises once again has successfully catered for this year's 2005 celebrations also. The Fireworks Festival took place on the 29th & 30th April 05 with the night of the 30th April being the anniversary of Malta joining the EU. Around 250 Guests on-board both yachts enjoyed the show which consisted of numerous fireworks displays syncronised to music. Hera Cruises now looks forward to next year's festival which, we hope, will provide yet another example of local talent in the pyro-technic field. |

23.3.2005 SAFETY FIRST ON-BOARD HERA YACHTS |

| We would like to advise you that both Hera & Hera II are now fully compliant to EU commercial vessels regulations. This year, more safety railings will be added to both yachts and new navigational equipment has also been installed. All Hera Cruises crews have also recently just finished courses covering Fire Fighting, Medical first aid, navigational skills and customer care. | ||

| Swimmers, snorkellers and scuba divers can now experience great thrills with this environmentally friendly (battery operated) SEA DOO Seascooter. It is capable of pulling divers along the underwater world effortlessly and comfortably at up to 2mph for over an hour. Snorkellers and divers on the Hera Cruises snorkelling & diving adventure cruise can reach new depths faster, making it possible to explore reefs and other sea life underwater more easily. Swimmers can also use it to cover greater distances without getting tired or just float lazily along the shore. The sea scooter can also be used to create that innovative underwater safari where guests would have to take underwater photos of marine life and fauna or collect sea related objects for their clue sheet. Safaris would be organized around the caves of Comino giving guests the opportunity to visit caves which are not accessible by boat. Due to the fact that this year, we will be operating 10 sea scooters, it is recommended that groups on-board are divided and rotated to include guided Snorkelling sessions, underwater diving or just relaxing on-board. |
